For 23 years, The Pentecostals of Katy has intentionally fostered a culture of ministry development. The fruit of their intentional behavior has produced missionaries, church-planters, pastors, evangelists, assistant pastors, and other ministers who actively serve in various positions in churches worldwide.

Equip Vol. 1 summarizes lessons previously taught in POK's weekly For-Preacher's-Only class every Sunday Morning. Each chapter is designed for men and women seriously pursuing a pulpit ministry. Dr McKee wrote these lessons to create a healthy ministry discipleship culture in the local church. This book can be used as a minister's personal weekly devotion or a teaching guide for pastors developing their ministry teams.

About the Author - Rob McKee is the founder and senior pastor of The Pentecostals of Katy. He is an author, adjunct college professor, ministry developer, and sought-after speaker for church growth and ministry-related leadership

conferences. In addition to a bachelor's degree in theology, he holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Hope International University and a Doctorate in Church Revitalization from Liberty University. One of his greatest passions is connecting with and mentoring pastors and aspiring ministers.

He is happily married to his beautiful best friend and high school sweetheart, Shara. They have three amazing, talented daughters, Savannah, McKenna, Sophia, and a toy poodle named Honey. His hobbies include fishing and reading.
